OUTREACHES

Monthly Outreach

Each month a different organization is chosen for special support. Some of our target projects have included providing mosquito nets for children in Africa, solar stoves for women in refugee camps in Africa, shoes for the poor, and items for newborns in need.  At Christmas we "adopt" a needy family, collecting new toys for them, etc.

Baptist Benevolent Ministries of Irving

St. Mary's parishoners contribute regularly to this local organization that helps those in need of food.

Austin Street Centre

This shelter is a home for homeless men, women and children. St. Mary's contributes clothing and toiletries.

Missionary Support

St. Mary's delights in sending out missionaries from within our congregation and supporting those already sent from other places.

Vacation Bible School

Every year St. Mary's presents a week long Vacation Bible School program which is open to the church members and the community.
